1099 preparation fees:

  • Respond by 10/31 - $75 base fee + $30 per 1099

  • Respond by 11/30 - $100 base fee + $30 per 1099

  • Respond by 12/31 - $150 base fee + $30 per 1099

  • Respond after 12/31 - additional Rush fee will be applied and we do not guarantee 1099s will be filed by the IRS deadline of 1/31.

In general, if you paid any vendors more than $2,000 in 2026, you may need to file 1099s for them. Several other factors also determine which vendors require a 1099. Learn more about 1099 requirements here.
