1. Why do I need a bookkeeper?
If you’ve never explored outsourcing your bookkeeping, it can be a beautiful thing. We take care of the nitty gritty details and make sure you are both tax ready at year-end, AND have a handle on the state of your finances all year long.

2. How do I know if I'm ready for a Bookkeeper?
Consider these three criteria:
You're making steady money and you’re annoyed by, frustrated with or procrastinate on your books.
You work with a CPA at tax time, but you still feel confused or lost on what this is all about.
You actually don’t mind doing your books and you’re good at it, but it’s time to outsource it and focus on things that generate revenue and bring you joy.
3. What if I'm not ready for monthly bookkeeping?
We have options for quarterly bookkeeping or even annual packages to simply get you ready for taxes. If you are at or approaching six figures and have a sense of things falling through the cracks we recommend starting on a monthly package for maximum benefit.
4. Are you an accountant? Can you file my taxes too?
We have limited capacity for tax clients each year. If we have done your bookkeeping for the tax year, you may qualify for our tax services
5. What do you need from me to get started?
You will have a kickoff meeting with our team to get started and take care of any housekeeping items at the beginning of our partnership. You can expect lots of communication during our onboarding time and in the early months of our partnership. As we get to know your business and transactions, we’ll have less questions for you each month.
6. How does pricing work?
We are subscription based. With flat monthly rates for all of our packages, there are no surprise fees. Schedule a call for pricing on a package that best suits your needs.
Your Quickbooks Online subscription is not included in our packages, but we are able to offer a slight wholesale discount.
