We are a growing bookkeeping firm that works hard for our clients and is committed to caring for our team. What started as a solopreneurship has grown to a team of 10+. We work primarily in the photography industry, as well as other related fields. (See more about who we are below).
As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for our clients, as well as a liaison between our clients and our team of bookkeepers. You will play a vital role in making sure that we’re providing on-time, accurate, quality bookkeeping for our clients by managing projects and deadlines. You will be responsible for handling client requests and making sure that clients are happy and taken care of in a timely manner.
This is an employee position with a minimum of hours per week (with the potential for more) spread over 4-5 days/week. We offer flexible hours but firm deadlines, so a commitment to consistency is essential. Pay starting at $20-25/hr DOE.
Requirements include:
Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor, Bookkeeper Launch certification (these can be obtained during the interview/training process)
2 years bookkeeping experience preferred (sorry, this is not for beginners)
Quiet, professional meeting space for Zoom meetings - our preference is a blank or tidy wall background
Strong, reliable technology and internet connection

Responsibilites Include:
Client facing role:
Walking clients through the onboarding and monthly bookkeeping process
Conducting client review meetings/check-ins
Helping clients confidently and clearly understand their numbers
Provide basic advisory insights/recommendations during client meetings
General client-facing customer service
Maintaining clear communication so that no information gets missed with clients
Team Facing Role
Making sure our team of bookkeepers has what they need to do their job
Providing feedback and training to our bookkeepers when needed to ensure a high quality of service
Work with our Director of Operations to manage and prioritize projects and team members to meet deadlines and goals
Working directly on complex or priority bookkeeping projects as needed
