The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Professional to drive new business growth. This remote, flexible role is perfect for someone who thrives on hunting for leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to company growth while you enjoy the freedom to work on your own schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM

  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with potential clients

  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven outside sales or business development success

  • Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder

  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and goal-driven

  • Experience selling professional services is a plus

Compensation

  • 100% commission with uncapped earning potential

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20,000–$60,000+ annually, with unlimited upside for top performers

  • Training pay provided during onboarding
