Senior Administrative Assistant Description

In this position, attention to detail and accuracy is critical, as you will be working with a fast-paced decisive doer in a company that is rapidly moving forward. This is a very hands-on position with a great deal of self-reliance required.

We are a growing bookkeeping firm that works hard for our clients and is committed to caring for our team. What started as a solopreneurship (Tanya) has grown to a team of 10+.

The Senior Administrative Assistant position is a flexible, work-from-home position requiring 10-20 hours per week.

Requirements: 

  • Strong, reliable technology and internet connection

  • Administrative experience preferred but not required

  • Weekday availability (Hours are flexible, but the ability to spread across 5 days is ideal)

  • Computer/tech savvy

  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities/duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage schedules/coordinate meetings

  • Monitor and manage email for executive/management team members

  • Light marketing assistance, occasional event planning, trade show coordination

  • Special project research and execution 

  • Maintain/monitor recurring monthly tasks; Spreadsheet creation/maintenance

  • Communication with clients  as needed regarding billing or customer service items

  • Handle lots of general details as needed

Pay starting at $20-25/hour and depending on experience
